Immerse yourself in 90 minutes of invigorating Yoga flow designed to bring balance to mind and body.
Autumn equinox has now passed bringing us longer nights and later mornings. A new season, a new beginning. It is the perfect time to pause and replenish with our energising flow, followed by reflective meditation.
Taking time out for your mind and body has proven benefits for your immune system and mental wellbeing. This nurturing group yoga class, held in the spacious riverside event space at The Swan, will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready for the months ahead.
This workshop is run by Grace & Gravity, our in house Yoga partners.
Please bring your own yoga mat along with anything else that makes you comfortable – blanket, bolster, pillow.
Prior yoga experience is not essential, our teachers will adapt the flow to ensure that all levels enjoy their yoga workshop.
