During the evening, we will look at some of the most common running injuries and how to avoid them. Which exercises you should be doing to build strength and support your running and there will be the chance for you to ask your own questions.

About James Lee, Bodyset Physio
James has a wealth of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy in the NHS, elite sport, and private practice. He started his journey studying a Sport Rehabilitation degree before completing his masters in physiotherapy.
He enjoys working with triathletes and ultra-event athletes (running and iron-man distances) and has gained experience working in both football and rugby. James is also a keen skier and loves to help people get ski-fit. He supports clients in their return to skiing after injury and following surgical procedures such as ACL reconstruction.
James’ clinical interests lie within lower limb rehabilitation (hip/groin and knee rehabilitation) and lower back pain. James uses his varied skill set, including outcome-focussed progressive exercise rehabilitation, to help people return to sport and their day-to-day activity.
