The service charge added onto your bill goes directly to rewarding the team that looks after you. Whether behind the scenes in our kitchens, or out in front serving you, when you enjoy your experience, every team member gets rewarded. We operate a fair and transparent Tronc system and regularly review it in consultation with our teams.
As it is discretionary, it’s up to you whether you want to pay it. If you would rather not pay the service charge, just let us know and we will remove it for you. Thank you for your support.
