TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for choosing to dine with us at Coppa Club. We have a few important terms and conditions for you to read through before your visit.
We want all our guests to feel confident that we are following all the government’s guidance at this time so that you can relax and enjoy your time with us, safe in the knowledge that we’re doing what we need to do to keep our staff and guests safe. If you or a member of your party have developed any symptoms of Covid-19 before your booking please let us know as soon as possible. The safety of our teams and all our guests is paramount, and we kindly ask that you take all recommended precautions and stay at home if you believe you may be unwell.
RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS
By booking at Coppa Club, you confirm your acceptance of the following:
GENERAL
- Current government guidance allows bookings of 2 households/6 guests
- If you are running late, please note that we will be unable to hold your table for longer than 20 minutes
- If you wish to bring any celebratory decorations such as balloons into Coppa Club, please speak to a member of our team no less than 48 hours before your reservation
- We have set up a contact-free and GDPR compliant Track and Trace system. All you need to do is scan the QR code when you arrive.
NO SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS
- We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you’d like to cancel or amend the number of guests in your booking. Please note we may not always have availability to increase your reservation: we will do our best!
- In the process of increasing or decreasing your party size, please note that we may need to change the location of your dining table in the restaurant
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
- For bookings made online or over the phone, you will receive a booking confirmation to the email address provided within few seconds of making your booking.
- In addition to confirming your reservation details, this initial confirmation email will also include instructions to cancel or amend your booking should you need to.
- For bookings of 8 or more, you will receive a link via email inviting you to provide credit card details to secure the reservation. Please note that your booking is only provisional until this is done. If we do not receive card details within 48 hours, your booking will be automatically released from the system. You will be notified via email if your booking has been released.
- If no confirmation email is received, please contact us ASAP.
- If you require email confirmation of any alterations or updates to existing bookings, please ask, as these are not sent automatically.
ARRIVAL AND TIMINGS
- We operate a timed booking system to help us maintain a high standard of dining experience for all of our guests.
- For bookings of 2 people you will have the table for 1-hour 30mins from the time of your booking
- Bookings of 4 – 7 people are for a maximum of 1-hour 45mins from the time of your booking
- Bookings for 8 people or more are for a maximum of 2 hours from the time of your booking.
- Any requests for extensions to your booking time will need to be discussed and confirmed with the Management Team
- Please note that your table is booked from the time your booking begins, not your arrival time. Parties arriving late will nevertheless need to adhere to the above booking times.
Outdoor restaurant reservation – partially covered Terraces, lawns & uncovered terraces
- Please note that in the case of bad weather, we will be unable to accommodate your reservation indoors.
- If you wish to leave during your meal due to bad weather guests will be charged for all consumed and prepared food and beverages, we will endeavour to provide take away facilities for you where possible
IGLOO RESERVATIONS
- Igloos are bookable online only.
- Igloos are for dining only, at the manager’s discretion – drinks are available in the main bar and lounge areas.
- Igloo doors must remain open to comply with the outdoor dining guidelines put in place by the government.
- Private Igloo bookings are for a maximum of 6 guests. Please select the size of the booking you require when making your reservation.
- Igloos are private spaces for one reservation at any one time.
- All bookings require a credit card guarantee to secure and are only accepted via the online booking system. Our bookings do not require a deposit; however, the card will be charged for any last-minute cancellations. Please see ‘No Shows and Late Cancellations’ section below.
- If you wish to bring any celebratory decorations such as balloons, please speak to a member of our team no less than 48 hours prior to your reservation.
- The full Coppa Club a la carte menu is available and from 3rd May an exclusive Igloo menu of additional celebratory items only available for Igloo guests.

NO SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS
- We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you’d like to cancel or amend the number of guests in your booking.
- If notice is not received within the stated time period, we reserve the right to issue a ‘No Show’ Fee of £20 per person. If you are simply running late for your reservation, please let us know ASAP.
- The no show fee will automatically be processed within 72 hours after the original scheduled booking to the card details supplied in the booking process.
ARRIVAL AND TIMINGS
- Due to the popularity of our Coppa Club Igloos, we operate a timed booking system to help us maintain a high standard of dining experience for all of our guests.
- Igloo bookings are reserved for a maximum time slot of 2 hours and are unable to be extended.
TOWER BRIDGE IGLOO RESERVATIONS
PEAK RESERVATIONS
All weekend & weekday evenings from 5:00pm
- A minimum spend of £130 per Igloo will apply for peak reservations regardless of party size.
OFF PEAK RESERVATIONS
Monday to Friday 11:15am – 4:45pm
- A minimum spend of £30 per person will apply for off peak reservations
- The £30pp minimum spend is not applicable to children aged 16 or under.
REGIONAL IGLOO RESERVATIONS- COBHAM, BRIGHTON, SONNING
- A minimum spend of £30 per person will apply for all reservations Monday to Sunday from 11:15am – close
- The £30pp minimum spend is not applicable to children aged 16 or under.
TOWER BRIDGE RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS
- All bookings will require a credit card guarantee to secure the booking
- We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you’d like to cancel or amend the number of guests in your booking. Please note we may not always have availability to increase your reservation: we will do our best.
- If notice is not received in time, and guests do not arrive within 20 minutes of their reservation, we reserve the right to charge a ‘no show’ fee of £20 per guest to the card given to secure the booking
- This fee will be processed no more than 24 hours after the original scheduled booking.
DRINKS RESERVATIONS
- All bookings require a credit card guarantee to secure them.
- We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you’d like to cancel or amend the number of guests in your booking. Please note we may not always have availability to increase your reservation: we will do our best.
- In the process of increasing or decreasing your party size, please note that we may need to change the location of your dining table in the restaurant
- If notice is not received in time, and guests do not arrive within 20 minutes of their reservation, we reserve the right to charge a ‘no show’ fee of £10 per guest to the card given to secure the booking
- This fee will be processed no more than 24 hours after the original scheduled booking.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
GENERAL
- Coppa Club Sonning, Streatley, Cobham, Henley, and Maidenhead: All bookings of 11 people or more require a credit card guarantee to be secured
- Coppa Club Tower Bridge: All bookings of any party size require a credit card guarantee to be secured
- Coppa Club Streatley: Please note that a £150.00 room hire fee applies for all reservations made in our private dining room. This is added to the final bill on the day.
- If you are running late, please note that we will be unable to hold your table for longer than 20 minutes
- If you wish to bring any celebratory decorations such as balloons into Strada, please speak to a member of our team no less than 48 hours before your reservation
- Groups of 6 – 10 can dine from our a la carte menu and no pre-order will be required.
- All parties of 11 – 20 are required to dine from our Celebration Menu. A preorder will be required a week before the reservation date. You will receive an email link once your booking is confirmed.

You will be notified via email if your booking has been released.

GENERAL COPPA CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
- All food and drink prices quoted are inclusive of VAT
- A 12.5% discretionary service charge will be added to your final bill
- Please note that we are now cashless and taking payments by card machine only.
PETS
- Our main bar, lounge areas and private Igloos are pet friendly.
- Guide dogs are always welcome throughout Coppa Club.
CHILDREN
- Children of all ages are welcome at Coppa Club! Please do include them (including babies) in your final party size
- If you need a highchair or space for a pushchair, please specify this at the time of booking
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
- Our main restaurant is fully accessible to wheelchair users. However, due to the raised level of the Igloos, narrow entry and constricted space within, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee access. Our roof terrace in Cobham Village does not have lift access, this is only accessible by stairs.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
- Sample Coppa Club menus are available on our website
- Please notify us of any specific allergies or food intolerances in your party, both at the time of booking and to a member of our team when you arrive.
CANCELLATION BY COPPA CLUB
- Coppa Club reserves the right to cancel guest bookings at any time with written notice for any of the following reasons:
- If the guest is in breach or default of their obligations under this agreement
- If the event might prejudice the reputation of Coppa Club, or cause damage to the premises
- If Coppa Club is unable to carry out its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control (for example closure, refurbishment or emergency)
LOST PROPERTY
- All property left on Coppa Club premises is done so at the owner’s risk.
- Coppa Club accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to property left behind.
GIFT CARDS
- Gifts cards can be used in all locations in the UK unless otherwise stated. The gift card must be presented as a method of payment at the restaurant. Photocopies will not be accepted and all bookings must be made in advance. This is valid for the gift card value and is non-transferable.
- Credit on most gift cards are redeemable straight away, no further action is required. We recommend you register gift cards online with your details. In doing so, if lost, stolen, or damaged we may be able to find it on our system and send a replacement e-gift card.
- Register at: https://gifts.coppaclub.co.uk/register Please protect this card and treat it as cash, Coppa Club cannot take responsibility for losses, damages or stolen gift cards.
- Gift cards can be redeemed in full or used as part payment at Coppa Club venues on drinks or food please check details when booking.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given but remaining balances will stay on the card for future redemption. Gift cards are valid 48 hours after date of purchase. Gift cards will expire 12 months from date of purchase, please see gift card carrier for expiry date. Any remaining balance will be deducted on expiry.
- Gift card balances can be checked at Coppa Club venues or online at: https://gifts.coppaclub.co.uk/balance
- If we believe a gift card is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and remove credit.
- We reserve the right to amend gift card terms and conditions from time to time when considered necessary.

COMPETITIONS
1. Gift Card Competition – CLOSED
Open to all UK residents
Competition is not open to employees of Coppa Club
Entries are not restricted but are based on the purchase of a gift card of at least £10. One gift card equals 1 entry.
The prize is a 2-night stay for 2 people at The Swan Hotel at Streatley. The prize includes a medium double room (subject to availability) and breakfast for two on both mornings.
The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the competition at any stage, in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond the control of the promoter
One winner will be selected at random and the decision will be final
The prize is valid until 30th June 2021.
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative
The promoter cannot accept responsibility for any delayed or lost entries
All data collected is in accordance with GDPR.

2. Valentine’s Day Competition – CLOSED
Instagram competition on 14th February 2021 is open to all UK residents. Competition is not open to employees of Coppa Club.
Entries are not restricted but are based on ‘the Instagram following’ of Coppa Club, The Swan at Streatley and The Royal Berkshire Shooting School.
The prize is a one-hour shooting lesson for two people, (worth £200) followed by a two-course lunch or dinner at Coppa Club (subject to availability). Any additional items outside of the above must be paid for.
Winner is to be announced on Sunday 21st February 2021. Prize to be used by 21st August 2021.
