When
Every Sunday 26th May - 23rd June

Wild Swim & Sauna

Open Water or Wild Swimming is a rapidly growing activity in the UK, with many praising the mental & physical health benefits of the sport, especially in cold water. But how safe is it? How do you start? And where should you swim?

This introductory class teaches you all of this and more. We will look at how to identify a safe swim spot, entry & exit, kit recommendations, swim etiquette, water safety, how to prepare for a cold dip and how to warm up safely afterwards. And of course, we will enjoy a dip together, in the beautiful stretch of Thames in front of The Swan.

We close the session with a sauna at the Gym at Streatley followed by a de-brief over a hot drink.

Make a morning of it and book at table for brunch
