Join us for the first in the series of wellness mornings at The Guildford Townhouse.
Laura will guide you through a 30-minute yoga practice focusing on poses to help alleviate period pains and calm the nervous system. She will incorporate breathing techniques to manage PMS discomfort and promote a sense of calm, relieving feelings of stress and anxiety.
Following the yoga session, Laura will deliver a 30-minute talk about hormones and how they play out during your monthly cycle. She’ll share tips on working with your cycle instead of against it, helping you understand when to utilise your energy and when to rest, along with the impact this has on your body. You’ll also discover what foods support your hormones at different stages of the month and how to tailor exercise to work best for you, so you feel your absolute best.
Jeanette will follow with winter wellness tips, sharing how to keep your immune system strong through winter and into 2025, so you can move through the season with energy and vitality.
The morning will end with a delicious brunch. (included in the ticket price).
